REFUND POLICY
90% refund - before July 31st 2024
60% refund - before October 31st 2024
30% refund before November 30th 2024
No refunds after 30th January 31st 2025
If the event has to be cancelled in February due to weather conditions, or natural disasters, or any other justifiable reason so deemed by the organisers, or authorities, no refunds will be issued.
COVID POLICY
Postponement due to COVID-19
If the event is not able to proceed due to ongoing restrictions surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, the event will be postponed to a later date, there are no refunds if the entrant cannot make it to the event at the new postponed date. Entrants should take this into consideration when entering. If there are changes due to Covid level restrictions within 5-days prior to the event, preventing the Event from being held, the event will be cancelled and no refunds will be made.
LIABILITY
By entering the event, all participants are agreeing to the terms and conditions of the Liability Waiver.
INSURANCE
Insurance is the responsibility of the competitors.
